The Inversion Tarot takes its inspiration from mid-twentieth century artwork originally created in 1960 by Paul Mathison for the Rolla Nordic Tarot, updating it through the lens of the Tarot de Marseille tradition. The images have been flipped in tone and refined with new decorative elements brought forward into sharper focus, giving the deck a strikingly contemporary feel while honoring its historic roots. The result is a black and white pocket-sized deck with clean, confident lines that feels at home in the hand. The tin contains 78 cards plus a 64-page booklet with instructions for two tarot spreads.
