The Gentle Tarot was born out of the wild landscapes of remote Alaska, and you can feel that in every card. It is a deck that treats the natural world with genuine reverence, weaving together ceremony, seasonal rhythms, and elemental symbolism into images that feel both personal and grounded. Created entirely by hand, it has the warmth of something made with real intention rather than produced for a market.
The deck follows a loosely Rider-Waite-Smith inspired structure, though many cards take their own direction entirely, shaped more by intuitive process than convention. Two of the suits carry modified names, with Swords becoming Thunder and Pentacles becoming Stones, and each suit uses color-coded card rims to signal its element at a glance. It is a deck well suited for anyone who finds meaning in the natural world and wants their readings to feel more like a quiet conversation than a formal inquiry.
